Pricing & Plans
Migration starts at just $5 per mailbox (up to 5 mailboxes, 6 GB total). DNS and domain costs are extra and clearly itemised in your quote.
Never. Every cost is detailed upfront. You receive a complete fixed-price quote before we begin any work.
Yes. If we cannot complete your migration successfully and within the agreed scope, we offer a full refund — no questions asked.
Security & Data
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encrypted transfer protocols throughout. A verified backup is created before we begin — your data is always recoverable.
No. We delete all copies of your data within 7 days of migration completion. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
Process & Timeline
No. Our parallel migration process keeps your team online throughout. They continue sending and receiving emails with no interruption.
A small migration (1–5 mailboxes) typically takes 2–8 hours. Larger migrations depend on volume and data size — we'll give you an accurate timeline in your quote.
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Exchange, cPanel/Webmail, Zimbra, Zoho Mail, and more. Not sure about your platform? Ask us and we'll confirm immediately.
DNS configuration is available as an add-on, priced separately. All costs are clearly outlined before work begins.
